Maritime MQG The Maritime Modern Quilt Guild exists to provide a place where non-traditional, fresh, modern quilters can meet, share, create, and basically do quilty stuff! Our group was founded in November 2013. We are the Nova Scotia and New Brunswick Canadian chapter of The Modern Quilt Guild, based physically out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. We are part of the Modern Quilt Guild movement that encompasses over 100 modern quilt guilds in Canada, the United States, and other countries around the world. We’d love to have you join us! Guild Meeting Locations: The MMQG meets from 7:00-9:00 pm on the second Thursday of each month. The first meeting is free and after the first meeting, guests pay a $5 guest fee.
